What counts as a 'loyal user'?

A loyal user is any unique user who actively participates in your loyalty program - earning points, redeeming rewards, or engaging with gamification features within a billing period.

Is there a minimum monthly fee?

No minimum fees! You only pay for the loyal users you have. If you have 10 loyal users, you pay $0.50/month. If you have 100,000 loyal users, you pay $1,700/month.

What happens if my usage fluctuates?

You're billed monthly based on your actual usage. If you have 5,000 loyal users one month and 15,000 the next, you'll automatically get the volume discount pricing for the higher tier.
